Mateo Ronderos

Mateo Ronderos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mateo started their career in 2013 as a Head Cook at Na Onda Italiana, where they were responsible for designing and preparing a menu using fresh seasonal products. In 2014, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Zicatela Hostel, providing friendly and high-quality service to guests. Mateo then worked as a Bartender at Terra Nostra, where they prepared cocktails and sandwiches and provided attentive service to clients.

In 2015, Mateo worked as a Hospitality Manager at Masaya Hostels, overseeing customer service and managing the work team, cash flow, inventory, and reservations. Mateo also worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Summer Surf Hostel, managing reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and assisting guests with information and tour sales. Additionally, they worked as an English Teacher at Easy English, teaching English as a second language and providing assistance and tutoring to students.

From 2017 to 2019, Mateo worked as a Tour Guide at Amazing Secret River | Nature Reserve, guiding groups through a semiflooded cave system and providing information about the geology and history of the place. Mateo then joined Wildmex Adventures as a Guest Services Specialist in 2019, arranging reservations for tours and surf adventures, providing front desk services, processing payments, and serving as an information source for customers.

In 2020, Mateo joined Virtuagym as an Onboarding Specialist, where they were part of the North American team responsible for onboarding new clients into the VG system. Mateo'sresponsibilities included ensuring clients met milestones, adjusting the system to reflect clients' needs, troubleshooting roadblocks, providing refresher training, and collecting customer feedback.

Currently, Mateo works at Mobilo as a Sales Engineer. Mateo joined in 2021 and is responsible for sales engineering, project specialist, and customer success manager roles.

From 2010 to 2012, Mateo Ronderos attended Mausi Sebess, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
