Prior experience includes roles as Recruitment Lead at EPAM Systems, Senior Recruitment Consultant at Ciklum, HR Director at Mirasoft Group, and Recruitment Manager at USC Global. Andriana holds a Master’s Degree in World Economy and International Affairs from the European University of Finance, Information Technology, Management and Business.
