Abdulrahman AlQutaim is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Consumer Transformation at Mobily since March 2019, where strategic initiatives are driven to enhance customer experience and optimize operational capabilities. Previously, Abdulrahman held the role of General Manager of Marketing Transformation, Governance & Mega Projects at Mobily, focusing on customer experience and regulatory compliance. Before returning to Mobily, Abdulrahman worked at stc as the Application Architecture Section Manager, providing leadership in application architecture and managing application strategies. With a foundation in IT operations from earlier roles at Mobily, including IT FTTH Operation Executive Manager and IT CRM and Billing Operations Manager, Abdulrahman has a comprehensive background in managing complex IT systems. Abdulrahman earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from King Saud University in 2005.
