Gamar Moaminah has extensive experience in contact center operations at Mobily, starting from December 2004 as a customer care team leader and progressing to the current role of Section Head Contact Center Operations, certified in COPC, since November 2007. Gamar effectively manages a team of 200 female call center staff and 300 remote workers, achieving key performance indicators in short timeframes with new employees. As part of the startup team for the Home Agent project, Gamar has been instrumental in expanding female call center capabilities, overseeing recruitment, and managing supervisory teams. Educationally, Gamar holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Umm Al-Qura University, completed in 2001.
