Ibrahim Ali AlTamimi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business customer management and ICT operations. As the General Manager of Business Customer Management at Mobily since July 2019, Ibrahim leads initiatives focused on service excellence, customer retention, and strategic alignment with digital transformation goals. Previously, in roles such as Senior Director of ICT Operations and Operation & Datacentre Director at the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia from April 2014 to June 2019, Ibrahim significantly improved IT service deployment. Additionally, Ibrahim has held multiple technical support positions at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund from 2005 to 2014, demonstrating a strong foundation in computer systems administration and project management.
