Katja Sander

Katja Sander has a range of experience in the field of People and Organization Management. Katja is currently working at Mobimeo as a People & Organisation Manager since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Junior People & Organization Manager and People Operations Manager at the same company. Katja also worked as a Junior People Operations Manager and Intern Personal & Organization at Mobimeo.

Before joining Mobimeo, Katja gained experience at Delivery Hero SE. Katja started as a Customer Care Agent in November 2015 and later transitioned into the role of Management Assistant, where they supported the management team and improved employee engagement. Katja 'sfinal role at Delivery Hero SE was as an HR-Assistant, where they provided first-level support for 150 employees and was responsible for conducting Employee Engagement Surveys.

Throughout their career, Katja has demonstrated their ability to handle various HR tasks, utilize HR tools such as Workday and Peakon, and provide support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Katja Sander completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration) from the University of Potsdam, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the same university, from 2018 to 2020.
