Rachel Johannesen has a diverse and extensive work experience. Before TaskUs, Rachel worked at Carenet Healthcare Services as the Clinical Education and Development Training/Quality Coordinator, where they were involved in onboarding, training, and leadership development. Additionally, Rachel worked at Transcom as the Training and Quality Manager and at West Corporation as the Client Operations Manager and later as the Sr Training and Quality Supervisor, where they oversaw program launches, training, quality development, and managed supervisors. Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated their ability to drive program success, train and develop teams, and achieve client targets.
Rachel Johannesen obtained an Associate's Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2006. Rachel then pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration from the same university, completing it in 2009.
