Rachna Shah is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in QA automation and team leadership. Currently serving as an E5-Senior Software Engineer I (QA Automation) at Hexaware Technologies since September 2022, Rachna previously held the position of Certified Automation Developer at Paratus Systems, where expertise in automation development was applied to products for Eclinicalworks using various technologies. Earlier roles include Automation Developer and Quality Assurance Engineer Team Leader at SoluLab Inc, as well as Quality Assurance Engineer at iFlair Web Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Rachna holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Information Technology from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
