Catherine Laurijssen

Catherine Laurijssen is a seasoned management consultant currently serving at Möbius Business Redesign and as the owner of Studio Violet, both since March 2023. Prior to this, Catherine held significant positions at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, including Directeur HR and Directeur Onderwijs- en Studentenbeleid from March 2015 to February 2023. Catherine's experience also includes serving as HR Manager for Talent, Performance & Well-being and as a project staff member at Stad Antwerpen from February 2008 to February 2015, as well as in various roles at K.U.Leuven from October 2002 to January 2008. Catherine holds a Master's Degree in History from KU Leuven and several advanced certifications from Antwerp Management School, focusing on HRM, Advanced Strategy Management, and Corporate Governance, Risk & Compliance.
