Rohan Vissa

Rohan Vissa currently serves as the Director of People & Operations at Mobius by Gaian since May 2025, overseeing HR and operations functions. Prior to this role, Rohan worked as a Human Resources Advisor and Fractional CHRO at Lera Technologies for a brief period in early 2025, focusing on high-performance HR and delivery team development. Rohan's extensive experience includes serving as HRBP Lead at Vodafone Idea Limited from February 2020 to October 2024, and as a Senior HR Business Partner at Model N between September 2017 and December 2019. Earlier in Rohan's career, a leadership role as Head of BPHR for EPAM Systems was held from August 2016 to August 2017, directing the BPHR function for India's delivery operations. Rohan holds an MBA in Marketing from VSPG and a B.Sc in Computers from Nizam.
