Leyna McKenney

Leyna McKenney has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Leyna is currently working at Mobius Executive Leadership as the Director of Human Resources and previously held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources & Operations. Leyna also has co-founded Third House Events and holds the role of Co-Founder.

Prior to their current roles, Leyna worked at Ariel Group as a Senior Implementation Manager, where they managed a team of Client Success Managers and oversaw the implementation of programs. Following that, in 2005, Leyna continued their studies at Indiana University Bloomington and completed a Master of Arts degree in Journalism in 2006.

Years later, Leyna pursued further education at Purdue Global from 2019 to 2021. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
