Brian Sampson, CPA

Brian Sampson, CPA has extensive work experience in various senior finance roles. Brian started their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Senior Manager in Audit. Brian then moved on to ICN Pharmaceuticals (now Valeant Pharmaceuticals) as the Director of Financial Reporting. After that, Brian worked at Conexant Systems, Inc. as the Director of External Reporting. Brian then joined Mindspeed Technologies, Inc. as the Executive Director of External Reporting and Assistant Treasurer. Brian continued their professional journey at Oakley, where they served as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for over a decade. Following that, they worked at Applied Computer Solutions as the Vice President of Finance. Brian then joined Jacuzzi Group Worldwide as the Vice President and Corporate Controller. Brian later served as the Corporate Controller at Newlight Technologies, Inc. and Chief Accounting Officer at Western Dental & Orthodontics. Brian's current role is Vice President and Corporate Controller at Mobix Labs, Inc., which they have held since December 2022. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in finance and accounting.

Brian Sampson, CPA attended Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting. Following their undergraduate studies, they obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of California in 1988.
