John Ayoub

John J. Ayoub is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Mobridge Regional Hospital and Clinics since January 2017, John has previously owned and operated RTF Enterprises, LLC, a consulting firm focused on interim leadership and strategic planning. With a noteworthy tenure as Chief Executive Officer at East Phillips County Hospital District, John successfully oversaw operations and fostered vital relationships within the community and healthcare teams. Earlier career positions include Vice President of Mission Integration and multiple roles at Good Samaritan Health Systems and Indiana University Hospital.
