Abdul Nafay

Abdul Nafay is currently the Head of Legal & Compliance at MOBY Group, overseeing compliance with cultural norms, religious tenets, and laws across multiple Middle Eastern countries. Prior to this role, Abdul worked as a Legal Advisor/Contract Manager at Afghanistan Holding Group and QARA Consulting LLC, where Abdul managed contracts, policies, and provided legal advice. Abdul also served as a Legal Advisor at Business Innovation Hub, advocating for clients on various legal issues. Additionally, Abdul gained experience as a Project Intern at the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, conducting research on foreign degree attestation in Afghanistan and analyzing laws and regulations.
