Prior to that, Joel was a Project Manager at Golden Sands General Contractors, Inc. from September 2016 to June 2017 and served as President/Qualifier at S.H.B. Contractors, Corp from February 2006 to September 2016, overseeing all project aspects and managing estimates and bids. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Business in Supervision & Management from Miami Dade College.
