Latricia Dukes

Latricia Dukes is an accomplished project manager currently serving at RazorX2 since April 2025 and as the state coordinator for Mocha Moms Inc. since April 2022. With extensive experience in program management across various sectors, Latricia held previous roles as program manager at Cherokee Federal, Criterion Systems, and Protas Solutions Inc., along with positions at Advanced Systems Engineering Corporation and Booz Allen Hamilton, where responsibilities included acting as a management analyst and ScrumMaster for Agile teams. Early career experience includes serving as a system administrator for Szanca Solutions, LLC at the Pentagon and as deputy flight commander in the United States Air Force, overseeing a team of 180 personnel. Latricia holds an MBA in Business Administration, an MS in Management Information Systems, and a BS in Information Systems Management, all from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
