Kyle McCandless

Kyle McCandless has a diverse work experience in the operations and management field. Kyle began their career at Target in 2007, where they held various roles including Executive Team Leader, Store Director, and eventually Store Director with a track record of success. During their time at Target, they successfully grew sales, improved store operations, and developed internal talent for leadership roles. In 2016 and 2017, they received recognition for their leadership and achieved a significant increase in online fulfillment sales. In 2018, they joined Mochila Fulfillment as a Sr. Operations Manager and then transitioned to the role of Director of Operations in September 2020.

Kyle McCandless attended California State University, Stanislaus from 2003 to 2007. Kyle pursued and successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
