Chikara Hibino currently serves as the Bilingual Youth Programs Coordinator at the Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault (MOCSA) since April 2021, overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision of Prevention Specialists, interns, and volunteers, while also developing collaborative relationships to enhance prevention outreach services. Previous roles include Bilingual Education and Outreach Specialist at MOCSA, Team Leader at City Year, and Corps Member at the same organization, where Chikara led literacy tutoring initiatives. Additional experience encompasses management positions at Pandora Rolled Ice Cream and Britt's Farm, along with an internship at the Greater Manhattan Community Foundation and a building operations role at KSU Housing. Chikara's career began as a Certified Nursing Assistant at HCR ManorCare. Chikara holds a degree from Kansas State University, earned between 2013 and 2018.

MOCSA’s mission is to improve the lives of those impacted by sexual abuse and assault and to prevent sexual violence in our community. Together we can create a community free from sexual assault and abuse. Our services are free of charge and available to survivors and their families in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
