Shelby Fullerton currently serves as a Total Rewards Analyst at Hallmark Cards since May 2023. With extensive experience in advocacy and support, Shelby has been an Advocate for the Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault (MOCSA) since September 2017, managing crisis support and coordination for sexual assault victims. Previous roles include Recruiting Coordinator at City Lifestyle, where Shelby analyzed recruitment processes, and Senior Analyst at Deloitte, conducting detailed research and data analysis on sensitive classified material. Shelby also has a background as a legal assistant and has engaged in educational outreach regarding health and wellness at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

MOCSA’s mission is to improve the lives of those impacted by sexual abuse and assault and to prevent sexual violence in our community. Together we can create a community free from sexual assault and abuse. Our services are free of charge and available to survivors and their families in the Kansas City metropolitan area. We offer the following services: - 24-hour Crisis Services: 816-531-0233 & 913-642-0233 - Advocacy: hospital, legal, police, and court advocacy; support groups - Counseling: individual and group therapy - Education: age-appropriate programs for children in elementary, middle, and high schools; training for advocates, counselors, law enforcement, restaurant and bar staff, and other professionals - Prevention: supporting community based coalitions in both Missouri and Kansas to prevent sexual assault and other forms of violence
