Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at MOCSA is responsible for steering the organization's strategic direction and ensuring the effective delivery of services to survivors of sexual abuse and assault. This team, comprising the Vice Presidents of Development, Finance and Administration, and Human Resources, collaborates to secure funding, manage operational resources, and foster a supportive workplace culture, all while driving advocacy and education efforts to prevent sexual violence in the community. Their leadership is essential in coordinating MOCSA’s mission to create a safer, more supportive environment for those affected by sexual trauma.
