Cheyenne Clonch, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. From 2005 to 2006, they served as an AmeriCorps Team Leader at Youth Volunteer Corps. In 2006, they joined Hope House as a Shelter Director, where they managed crisis intervention and advocacy programs at two domestic violence shelters. At Hope House, they also handled disciplinary action plans, resolved grievances, and addressed ADA and FMLA requests. Since 2011, Cheyenne has been associated with the Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault (MOCSA). Starting as the Coordinator of Education and Outreach Services, they provided leadership in prevention and awareness education and developed curricula for various target groups. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Human Resources at MOCSA, where they oversee HR functions, updates policies, ensures legal compliance, and conducts investigations.
Cheyenne Clonch, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's of Science degree in Management from Baker University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with a focus on Women's Studies from Kent State University. Additionally, Cheyenne has obtained several certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM. Cheyenne has also completed specialty certifications in People Analytics and Inclusive Workplace Culture from SHRM.
