Randy Icelow

Randy Icelow has held multiple leadership roles in the credit union industry. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at Rolling F Credit Union, serving as President/CEO from 2019 to 2022 and as Senior Vice President/Controller/Compliance Officer/Credit Union Expert from 2014 to 2019. In 2021, Randy became a Board Member of the Emerging Credit Union Leaders Council. In 2022, they joined Mocse Credit Union as the Vice President of Lending.

Randy Icelow attended Western CUNA Management School from 2016 to 2018, studying Credit Union Management/Advocacy. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from California State University-Sacramento. Additionally, Randy has obtained certifications in Business Innovation Foundations from LinkedIn in 2023 and Scrum Master Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2022.
