Calvin Davidson

Calvin Davidson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 with a role as an Assembly worker at Integrated Control Technology, where they were responsible for testing, assembling, and packaging electronic security devices. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Microsoft, initially as a Product Marketing Manager, organizing events and marketing enterprise security software. Calvin then transitioned to a role as a Technology Specialist, where they focused on driving the implementation of Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies in educational institutions. Later, they became a Territory Channel Manager, working with Azure partners to drive sales and consumption in the small-medium corporate sector in Australia. In 2018, they had a short-term secondment to Jawun Indigenous Corporate Partnerships, where they updated a website, provided training, and offered mentorship support. Most recently, they started working as an Integration Engineer at mod.io in 2021.

Calvin Davidson's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications. Calvin attended The University of Auckland from 2007 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Music Conjoint degree in Film, TV and Media Studies, and Musicology. During this time, they also spent a year abroad at the University of Exeter in 2009-2010, studying Film and Psychology. Prior to their university education, Calvin attended Rangitoto College from 2002 to 2006, completing NCEA Levels 1, 2, and 3.

Calvin then returned to The University of Auckland from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Mechatronics.
