Adam Winkworth, MBA, SHRM-CP, FPC, serves as the Manager of Human Resources at AAA Western and Central New York, leading key workforce initiatives and overseeing the performance of HR staff. With extensive experience in human resources, Adam has held various roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Generalist, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HRIS systems such as UKG Pro and UKG Ready. Additionally, Adam has coaching experience, having served as an assistant coach and head coach for several soccer teams, achieving notable successes in competitive leagues.
