Korbinian Riedhammer

Korbinian Riedhammer has held various roles in the tech industry since 2008. Korbinian began as a Visiting Researcher at ICSI in 2008 and 2010, followed by a Research Scientist at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in 2009. In 2012, they became a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at ICSI, then a Speech Technologist at EML European Media Laboratory GmbH in 2013. In 2014, they co-founded both Mod9 Technologies and Remeeting. In 2016, they became a Full Professor at the University of Applied Sciences Rosenheim, teaching advanced concepts of programming and machine learning, and conducting research focused on speech recognition and understanding. In 2019, they became a Full Professor at Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm.

Korbinian Riedhammer attended JMF Gymnasium from 1994 to 2003, followed by FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 2003 to 2007 where they received a Diplom in Computer Science. Korbinian subsequently attended the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Doktor-Ingenieur (Ph.D.) in Computer Science.
