Andrew Parker

Andrew Parker is an experienced professional in development management and project management, currently serving as Managing Director of Development at Moda Living since September 2015. Previously, Andrew held several key positions, including Development Director UAE and Director of Projects at Select Property, where responsibilities included the management and oversight of all projects from inception to completion. Prior experience also includes a decade-long tenure as Operations and Procurement Director at Ask Property Developments Ltd, managing complex mixed-use developments with budgets ranging from £5 million to £130 million. Andrew's career began with roles such as Development Project Manager at C2C Management Ltd and Project Manager at Mace Group. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Construction Management from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 1999.
