Currently serving as General Manager at Moda since December 2022, Katie previously worked as Estate Manager at Rendall & Rittner and held the position of Head of Operations at Universal Student Living Ltd, where management of a new student accommodation development for the University of Birmingham was a key responsibility. Earlier roles include Housing Officer at WM Housing Group, overseeing 500 properties, and Service Quality Manager & Team Leader at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Katie possesses several qualifications, including a Level 3 Diploma in Housing Services from the Chartered Institute of Housing UK and various NVQs in Business Administration and Customer Service.
