Sara Eide

Sara Eide, MPH, serves as the Manager of Strategic Operations in Population Health & Quality at Moda Health, where responsibilities include overseeing health engagement programs for the City of Portland, managing a diverse team of health professionals, and implementing quality improvement initiatives that have led to significant program successes. Eide has a strong background in health advocacy and program development, demonstrated through successful grant acquisition and the launch of the Healthy Foundations initiative. Previous experience includes a role as Health Care Services Coordinator at the Muscular Dystrophy Association, where efforts in coordination and program management garnered notable achievements in volunteer engagement and demographic outreach. Eide holds a Master's degree in Public Health focused on Primary Health Care and Health Disparities from Oregon Health & Science University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
