Javier Del Olmo B.

Javier del Olmo is an experienced operations executive currently serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Meridian Infrastructure since September 2024. Javier is also the Founder and a Board Member of Moda Midstream, where Javier has held the roles of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since March 2015, overseeing a company focused on independent terminal, storage, and distribution solutions for various liquid products. Previous roles include leadership positions at Enbridge, Oiltanking North America, and Oiltanking in both Mexico and Venezuela. Javier began a career in project management at Skytanking and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
