Sammi Li currently serves as the Head of Client Insights & Analytics and Chief Analytics Officer at Flagstar Bank since May 2021. In addition, Sammi holds positions as an Advisory Board Member at Modal, which focuses on employee skill development, and as a Data Management Committee Member at BAI, a non-profit for financial services leaders. Prior to these roles, Sammi worked at Truist from May 2015 to May 2021 as SVP of Client Insights & Analytics, focusing on strategic analytics and sales analytics, along with several leadership roles in analytics. Sammi’s earlier experience includes positions at Andrew Davidson & Co., Johns Hopkins University, China Merchants Bank, and Fannie Mae. Sammi earned a Master's degree in Financial Mathematics from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Zhejiang University.
