Mohammadreza Joneidi

Mohammadreza Joneidi currently serves as Business Support Director and Planning Director at Modalal since June 2023. Previously, Mohammadreza held the position of Organizational Development Director and System Manager at Orchid Pharmed from August 2020 to March 2023, focusing on business analysis and the development of organizational processes using agile methodologies. From June 2012 to August 2020, Mohammadreza was with MAPNA Group, assuming several roles including Systems & ICT Manager and Knowledge Management Specialist, where responsibilities involved supervising ERP teams, designing organizational processes, and implementing knowledge management frameworks. Earlier experience includes consulting roles in knowledge management at SAMT and AVAPEZESHK, as well as project control at Middle East Water and Environment. Academic qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Emam Hossein University and Sharif University of Technology, respectively, alongside a diploma in Mathematics.
