Oded Nir

Oded Nir is an experienced professional in retail development and business strategy, currently serving as the Director of Retail Development at Modani Furniture since June 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing real estate acquisition and managing key relationships. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Prime Den Real Estate from November 2015 to May 2018, Oded Nir successfully transformed the firm to enhance customer experience and significantly increased inventory from $300K to $20MM in the first year. Prior roles included Director of Business Strategy & Operations at Royal Public Adjusters, where strategic initiatives improved operational efficiencies and led marketing efforts, as well as Business Strategy Consultant & Project Manager at Sigma Consulting, advising small companies on business and marketing plans. Oded Nir holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Communications from the New York Institute of Technology and a BA in Management and Political Science from the Open University of Israel.
