Aygün Budak

Aygün Aydin is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology management and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Meta since April 2021, Aygün specializes in user data detection and privacy protection for Meta's products. Previously, Aygün held the position of Chief Technology Officer at fable+, leading the company through its acquisition by Accenture. Aygün’s earlier experience at Turkcell included roles such as Head of Engineering for Digital Services and Software Engineering Manager, overseeing large-scale engineering teams and innovative digital solutions that serve millions of users. Aygün holds a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University, a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kocaeli University, and a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Doğuş University, complemented by a nanodegree in Digital Marketing from Boğaziçi University and executive education from Harvard Business School.
