Kristiine Kukk

Kristiine Kukk has a diverse range of work experience. Kristiine is currently the Head of People at Modash, where they are working towards helping every creator earn a living. Prior to this, they co-founded Recruitment Thursday in 2017. Between 2018 and 2023, they worked at Veriff in various roles including Head of Recruitment and Recruitment Team Lead, where they focused on building a strong recruitment team and ensuring successful hiring processes. Before Veriff, they worked as a Recruiter at Pipedrive from 2015 to 2018, where they focused on finding the right people for the team and specific roles. Additionally, they held roles in AIESEC Tartu, including Director and Human Resources Manager.

From 2015 to 2018, Kristiine Kukk pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education and Psychology from the University of Tartu, graduating in 2015. Additionally, in June 2020, Kristiine obtained a Tech Sourcing Certification Course from AmazingHiring Global.
