Mickelle Powell

Mickelle Powell has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 1998. Mickelle started their career at Cari-Med Ltd./ Apotex, Jamaica as a Medical Representative. In 2006, they moved to Cari-Med Limited as a Sales Manager (Pharmaceutical) and Agency Manager. In 2021, they joined MODAVAR PHARMACEUTICALS LLC as a Scientific Assistant, with Project Management responsibilities. In their roles, they have achieved and surpassed targeted sales, developed excellent customer relations, and coordinated internal and CRO meetings. Mickelle has also created training manuals for Pharmacology and Sales/Marketing.

Mickelle Powell received their Master's degree in Marketing from Birmingham City University in 2003. Mickelle also holds a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, which they obtained between 1994 and 1997. Additionally, they have a Post-graduate Diploma in Marketing from the University of Technology, Jamaica, which they also obtained between 1994 and 1997. Finally, they have a Diploma in Pharmacy from the University of Technology, Jamaica, which they received between 1985 and 1988.
