Ana Carolina Lopes has extensive work experience in human resources. Ana Carolina is currently the Human Resources Director for the LATAM Group at Modaxo. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Human Resources Brazil at Videojet Technologies, where they played a key role in developing and executing the company's people strategy. Ana Carolina also worked as the Regional Head of HR - LATAM/HRBP at Worldpay, where they implemented HR policies and culture across LATAM. Before that, Ana worked at Reach Business Partner, Novartis Biociencias, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Votoramtim Metais, and RR Donelley Moore in various HR roles, including HR Manager, HR Generalist, and HR Assistant. Ana Carolina Lopes has a diverse education history. Ana Carolina attended the University of Lausanne in 2015 for an Executive Education Programme in Strategic Business Management. In the same year, they also pursued a Master Coach Internacional Integral Sistêmico degree at Florida Christian University. In 2010 to 2011, Ana enrolled in FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they completed an MBA in Strategic People Management. Ana Carolina'sundergraduate studies were conducted at Universidade Paulista, where they obtained a degree in Psychology from 2004 to 2008.
