Deborah Mills

Deborah Mills has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Deborah is currently working as the Group VP Finance at Modaxo, where they serve as a business partner for four leading technology brands and provides advisory support to Trapeze Software Group, Inc. Deborah'sprevious experience includes working at Trapeze Software Group, Inc. as the Vice President Finance, Director of Finance, Controller, and Manager of Finance. Prior to that, they worked at Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Plant Controller and at Amcor Rigid Plastics as a Plant Controller. Deborah also has experience at Ball Corporation as a Plant Controller and at Spectrum Brands - Rayovac as a Plant Accountant.

Deborah Mills holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Lakeland University. Deborah also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. Additionally, they hold several certifications including the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Wisconsin and the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). Deborah has also completed certification programs in Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise and Managing a Diverse Team from LinkedIn. Moreover, they have completed a training program on Leading Across Generations from Dale Carnegie Training.
