Diogo Andrade

Diogo Andrade has a diverse range of work experience in finance and management roles. Diogo is currently working as the Latam Finance Director at Modaxo since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Finance at Clicksign from September 2020 to February 2023. Diogo also worked at Sigga Workforce Technologies, where they started as a Financial Controller from November 2013 to December 2014 before becoming the CFO from January 2015 to August 2020. Before this, they held the position of Assurance Manager at Ernst & Young from July 2007 to May 2013, where they managed external audits and developed relationships with clients. Diogo also gained experience through internships at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe and Oi/Telemar. Early in their career, they interned at Banco Mercantil do Brasil in the Internal Audit department, where they executed internal audit routines and handled finance control.

Diogo Andrade completed their Executive MBA at Fundação Dom Cabral from 2022 to 2023. Diogo also obtained a Graduação degree in Accounting from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they received a certification in "Negociações de sucesso: estratégias e habilidades essenciais" from Coursera Course Certificates in 2017.
