Kimberly Glasgow

Kimberly Glasgow has over 19 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Kimberly currently works as the Portfolio Human Resources Director at Modaxo. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Babcock International Group, where they led the HR function in the North American region. Kimberly also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Canadian Bearings Ltd. and Gate Gourmet Canada, where they were responsible for leading the HR function and implementing strategic initiatives. Earlier in their career, Kimberly held roles at Shred-it as a Senior Manager in Associate Relations & Global Recruitment and a Senior HR Advisor. Kimberly also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Fortino's Supermarket Ltd and as a Human Resources Assistant at PACE. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, and labor relations.

Kimberly Glasgow completed an Honors BA in English and Sociology at the University of Western Ontario - King's College Campus from 1995 to 1999. Kimberly then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management at Humber College from 2000 to 2001. In 2014, Kimberly obtained a Post Graduate Cert. ADR (Conflict Management) in Certified Mediation & Negotiation from York University. Kimberly also obtained additional certifications in Mediation & Dispute Resolution from York University in 2014. Kimberly is also a member of HRPAO and holds a CHRP certification.
