Mara Ghilardi

Mara Ghilardi has extensive work experience in the legal field. Mara is currently the Head of Legal Europe at Modaxo, a position they have held since September 2021. Before joining Modaxo, they worked at SoftwareONE as General Counsel from September 2012 to September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Legal professional at A1 Telekom Austria AG from August 2001 to August 2012. Mara also served as an Instructor at the University of Applied Sciences, St. Pölten from September 2006 to July 2010 and gained legal practice experience at Kunz Schima Wallentin & Partner Law Office from September 1999 to June 2001.

Mara Ghilardi graduated from the Università di Pavia in 1999, earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a focus on International Law and Enterprise Law. Mara also received the GC Powerlist certification from The Legal 500 (Legalease) in 2022.
