Jason Caplin

Jason Caplin currently serves as the VP of FP&A at Mode Global since May 2025. Prior to this role, Jason held positions at Dorman Products from July 2020 to May 2025, including Senior Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis and Director of FP&A. At Apple Leisure Group, from April 2017 to July 2020, Jason progressed through roles such as Senior Director of Operations Strategy and Director of Commercial PMO, as well as Senior Manager of FP&A. Jason began a career in finance at GardaWorld Cash Services as a Regional Finance Manager from March 2014 to April 2015, and previously worked at Bain Capital from January 2011 to February 2014 as a Senior Finance Associate and Finance Associate. Jason holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Quinnipiac University, obtained in May 2009.
