Kathy DeKam (she/her)

Kathy DeKam has diverse work experience spanning over several decades. She is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Mode Mobile, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, she was the Chief People and Culture Officer at Qualifacts from August 2020 to April 2021.

From 2015 to 2020, Kathy worked at Digital Reasoning, where she held various leadership roles. Kathy served as the EVP and Chief People & Culture Officer from April to August 2020, Chief People Officer & Co-COO from February 2019 to April 2020, and Chief People & Culture Officer from March 2015 to February 2019.

Before joining Digital Reasoning, Kathy worked at Video Gaming Technologies (acquired by Aristocrat in October 2014) from 2011 to 2015, where she held the position of Director, Human Resources/Chief of Staff from October 2014 to March 2015, and Director, Human Resources from December 2011 to September 2014.

Prior to her time at VGT, Kathy had a period of professional and personal development while working from her home-based office from 2009 to 2011.

Kathy's career began in 1986 at American Color Graphics, Inc, where she held various roles, including COO / President / VP Human Resources, until 2009.

Before that, she worked as the Human Resources Manager at The Diamond Center from 1985 to 1986.

Kathy's early career started in the United States Navy, where they served as a Personnelman 2nd Class (E5) from 1980 to 1986.

Kathy DeKam's education history includes studying Business Administration at Belmont University.
