Lorenzo Benmergui

Lorenzo Benmergui currently serves as the VP of Customer Success & QA Testing Operations at Mode Software Inc., a position held since February 2023. As the Managing Director of L.B. Consulting since May 2016, Lorenzo has leveraged over 15 years in the service industry. Previously, Lorenzo held the role of Vice President of Operations Support & Testing at OnyxCorp, overseeing global post-sales support functions with a focus on 24/7 operations across multiple locations. Earlier in Lorenzo's career, leadership and training roles at Bell included Team Lead, Training Facilitator, Technical Solutions Helpdesk Representative, and Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities ranged from team management to delivering training and resolving customer issues.
