Jon French

Jon French has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Jon currently works at mode40 as a Global Sales Executive & Continuous Improvement Lead, where they specialize in integrating technology into manufacturing facilities and guiding clients through the transformative landscape of Industry 4.0 and next-gen manufacturing.

Prior to this, Jon founded their own company, JJF Solutions, in 2022.

Jon also has experience at Redzone as a Production Systems Coach, where they coached customer's plant teams to deliver lasting bottom-line savings and drive continuous improvement in the Food & Beverage sector.

Jon previously worked at UPS, where they held multiple roles such as Division Industrial Engineer, CIPE Coordinator, Package Car Driver, Edge Preload Smart Scan Deployment Coordinator, Great Lakes Edge Car Wash Deployment Coordinator, Operations Management Supervisor, Saturday Ground Delivery Deployment Team member, Engineering Development Program participant, and Industrial Engineering Planner. In these roles, they developed work measurement, assessed package operations, trained management, deployed cost reduction technology, managed and developed teams, and provided extensive training.

Jon also has internship experience as an Operations Management Intern at Senneca Holdings, a Chapter President at Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity, a Skate Guard and Game Ice Maintenance Crew member at Lawson Ice ARENA-WMU, and a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. Jon also worked as a Server and Dishwasher at Elk's Lodge #1965, where they assisted with various tasks and helped raise funds through a silent auction for a cancer fundraiser.

Jon French studied at Western Michigan University from 2013 to 2017. Jon is currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
