Serhii Mykhailov

Serhii Mykhailov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network operations and management. Currently serving as NOC Team Lead and NOC Manager at Model N since April 2019, Serhii also held the position of NOC Practice Lead and NOC Team Lead at Provectus from April 2019 to April 2025, alongside previous roles as a Network Operations Center Engineer. Earlier in the career, Serhii worked as a System Administration Specialist at ARTSTEP from December 2015 to March 2019. Serhii holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Engineering from Odesa National University of Technology, completed between 2009 and 2014.
