Radita Gautama has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and graphic design. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Fabelio. In 2017, they joined Greater Group as a Senior Graphic Designer, where they provided end-to-end solutions for clients in the retail shop space. Since 2020, Radita has been appointed as the Head of Marketing at MODENA. In this role, they manage a team of 20 people and oversee various sub-departments and functions, including graphic design, content, copywriting, multimedia, and retail design. They also support cross-departments as a digital product manager and contribute to global business development and marketing communication. Radita has successfully led a brand transformation and developed general standard guidelines for internal functions such as design, communication, social media, and retail.

Radita Gautama completed a Bachelor's Degree in Design and Visual Communications, General at BINUS University from 2010 to 2014. Later, in 2020 to 2021, Radita pursued further education at Parsons School of Design - The New School, where they achieved a Global Executive MS degree in Strategic Design and Management.
