From 2022, Matthew is the founder of MSH Franchise Consulting. Their role is to work with passionate business founders, helping them achieve maximum growth and success through franchising. With over 20 years of franchise experience, MSH Consulting aims to fill gaps in the franchise consulting market and set clients up for massive success.

In 2016, Matthew became the Chief Executive Officer of ACU Development Inc, The Franchisor of Modern Acupuncture. Matthew continues to hold this position.

Also in 2016, Matthew co-founded Modern Acupuncture and serves as the CEO.

From 2010 to 2016, Matthew was the Vice President of Operations and Co-founder of New Ownership Group at The Joint Chiropractic. Matthew played a crucial role in growing the company from 8 units to over 400 in just six years. Their responsibilities included various aspects of the company, such as construction, real estate, training, operations, and marketing. This experience provided valuable insights into franchisor structure and creating a strong foundation for success.

Matthew Hale earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General and Human Resource Management, from UNM Anderson School of Management. Matthew pursued their education at this institution from 1997 to 2002.
