Peter Hodsdon has had a long and varied career in the technology industry. Peter began their career in 1986 as a Director at Logicon. In 1994, they became the VP of Customer Service at Motiva Software, where they ran both customer service and professional consulting. In 1998, they moved to FileNet as the Director of Consulting, responsible for the delivery of custom solutions to customers. In 2006, they joined IBM as Manager of the Center of Excellence, managing a 30 person team supporting the Information Management brand within IBM's software division. In 2010, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Vega ECM Solutions, a dynamic, rapidly growing consulting firm specializing in IBM electronic content management products and services. Most recently, they have been VP of Customer Operations at Modern Analytics since 2012.

Peter Hodsdon obtained a BS in Mathematics from Santa Clara University between 1972 and 1976, followed by an MA in Sociology and Demography from the University of Washington between 1976 and 1981. In 2012, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July, and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February.
