Eric Kozlik

Eric Kozlik is a seasoned professional in the spirits, cocktail, and hospitality industry, currently serving as Principle Consultant at Direct Fire Consulting since January 2024. Previously, Eric co-founded Modern Bar Cart, where Eric acted as CEO from March 2017 to December 2023, specializing in premium craft cocktail mixers. Prior experience includes leading Embitterment Bitters as co-founder and CEO from May 2014 to April 2017, and enhancing digital content strategies in roles at Price Benowitz, LLP, and Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP. Eric has also held academic positions as a lecturer and graduate tutor at the University of Maryland, teaching writing courses and mentoring undergraduate tutors. Eric holds an MFA in Poetry from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College.
