Chief Program Officer at Modern Classrooms Project

Robert Barnett has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Robert co-founded and served as the Chief Program Officer at Modern Classrooms Project from May 2018 onwards. From August 2019 to May 2021, they worked as a Lecturer at CREA / EBS Geneve. Prior to that, they were a Math & Integrated Core Teacher at Leysin American School in Switzerland from July 2017 to June 2019. From August 2014 to July 2017, they taught 12th Grade Math at District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS). In addition, they worked as an Upper School Math Teacher at Maret School from September 2010 to June 2011 and as a Corps Member at City Year from August 2009 to July 2010.

Robert Barnett attended Princeton University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. Robert then pursued further education at Harvard Law School, from 2011 to 2014, graduating with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, cum laude.
